ABOUT - Image Banner.png

Hi, I'm Jinx,

I am an award-winning neurodivergent, queer, regenerative media artist, performer, and storyteller. With roots as a music journalist and MTV-style host/VJ, I have grown into a visionary creator and the founder of Haus of Ever, where I lead transformative community-centered projects exploring identity, pop culture, and collective healing.

My experience spans acting, radio, producing, casting, directing, theatre, hosting, and camera work; credited across independent film, TV series, stage, and immersive media. I've appeared in shows such as True Blood, Bones, and It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia. A former Membership Director for the board of an international women-in-media organization, I am passionate about uplifting under-resourced voices and cultivating intentional, equity-centered storytelling environments.

As a somatic-informed artist, I bring deep emotional intelligence, presence, and adaptability to every project. I connect with audiences across genres and platforms. I've been training in integrative somatic trauma practices, parts work, nervous system regulation, mind/body coaching, somatic psychedelic facilitation, and am currently in the Life Energy Institute Graduate School for Life Teacher Training.

I am the host and producer of The Uncanny Lens podcast while continuing to champion inclusive, heart-led media that sparks reflection and builds community.

## WE'RE SO HAPPY YOU'RE HERE

We have a three tiered mission:

  • to explore self concept reflections in media,
  • to provide trauma-informed tools and resources for engaging and interacting with media
  • to create media that integrates the first two tiers into the stories we tell.

Haus of Ever (The Haus) serves as a catalyst for self-exploration, aimed at helping individuals harness the power of media to shape their self-concept, expand their capacity, embody their ideals selves, and live with intention.

We guide individuals in recognizing and assessing their self-concept through the music and podcasts they listen to, the characters they engage with in books, TV shows, games, movies, and the social feeds they follow.

The Haus nurtures a community of like-minded individuals who are curious, open-minded, and eager to explore the influence of media on self-concept, manifestation, and personal growth.

By encouraging mindfulness, curiosity, and self-exploration, we empower individuals to live their best lives and cultivate a positive self-concept that supports them in using the introspective power of media to live their ideal life.

## OUR STORY

Haus of Ever began as Uncanny Occasions, founded by Jinx Kelly and Mae Lust (2015-2020). We began working together in 2013 after co-founding Lusty Kitten Productions, a production company specializing in live-theater stage shows blending pop-up art galleries, live painting, burlesque and variety acts, a marketplace, and cosplay contests.

  • In 2015, we presented cosplay workshops at San Diego Comic Con International and WonderCon. Later that year, we founded Uncanny Occasions.
  • In 2019, we began to offer online art entertainment events.
  • In 2020, we lovingly spilt our two companies between us.
  • In 2022, Jinx began rebranding as an innovative leader in helping people navigate the world of pop culture and media, providing transformative experiences, insightful content, and practical tools that promote personal growth, self-discovery, and positive interactions with the media surrounding us.
  • In May 2023, The Uncanny Lens podcast was created and Minx joined as co-host, with a clear vision in mind: to help the rebranding of our project and propel it into superstardom so we can help as many people as possible.
  • In late 2023 we announced our new branding and name, VentralVerse Media.
  • In mid-2025 it was decided to combine all wings of the house under one roof known as Haus of Ever.
